No complains at all, we would return there if in Lairg. It is a nicely decorated and quirky place. Its location is stunning and particularly good, close enough to the local pub, do n't expect too much in the way of modern conveniences and the garden, wonderful area.

The food was consistently excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad at breakfast.
The premises are in a very poor state, with shabby chairs and stained carpets.

The room with a great view. The setting was pleasant, just off the restaurant, holiday drive hotspots and Lairg and the Kyle of Tongue. We had a superb stay at this characterful hotel.

Charming stay with local flavor
Came for a coffee and ended up loving the vibe here! It's an old hotel with friendly staff, and we chatted about local life over drinks. The food was decent, but the exterior could use a little sprucing up. Nice lounge area to relax in too!

I loved the cozy lounge area with the real fire. It felt warm and inviting after a long day out. The venison dinner exceeded my expectations. Perfectly cooked with great flavors, it was definitely a highlight. The staff were friendly and cute. Our room was comfortable but a bit dated, with some frayed edges that added to the charm. I appreciated the fantastic food . Breakfast was cooked to perfection, although I would have liked a bit more variety. The WiFi was slow at times, inconvenient.

We explored the fishing spots near the hotel and enjoyed biking in the picturesque Highlands. The surroundings were fine and perfect for a scenic getaway. Just a heads up, the rooms were a bit dated but comfy enough. Make sure to try the local food in the restaurant. It was delicious!
We had a hiccup when checking in, as there was a mix-up with our room assignments, a bit frustrating. The staff resolved it quickly, but it did put a damper on our initial excitement.

Had a blast with my friends exploring the fine Highlands. We fished at local lochs and even spotted a few eagles! The rooms were comfy and the food was fantastic. Plus, they were pretty good too serve us breakfast early when we had an early start. Perfect for anyone wanting some adventure and comfort.
The bathroom could use some TLC, as the bath panel had a noticeable crack. It didn't detract too much from our stay, but definitely something to keep in mind.
